Certification and compliance.

CoreShift does not hold SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 certification, and does not claim to operate to those standards. We do not present a marketing page as evidence of compliance.

CoreShift can sign a Business Associate Agreement where an engagement requires one. CoreShift systems hold appointment scheduling and membership data for a practice under its agreement; no CoreShift system holds clinical records such as diagnoses, treatment or results.

Automation for clients.

One automation runs for a client without a person approving each job: dispatch inside the field-service application built for Auto Solar Service, which assigns a fault to a technician on its own, within rules set when it was configured. The Project Coordinator delivers reporting packages to Precision Electric. Every bot in the catalog is built and ready for use, and is configured to your systems and approval rules before it acts on your records.
