How this works, start to finish.

Six steps, plain English, and an honest account of what we can prove versus what we can only show you. Most marketing companies tell you it worked. We would rather show you the before, the after, and the receipt for what changed in between.

/ the six steps

The six steps.

1 · You run the free check. Type your web address into the box. In about a minute you get two scores out of 100 and a list of what is wrong. No email, no signup, no call. The two scores are SEO Health and AI Readiness, and we never blend them.

2 · We set the starting line — $497. The Benchmark. We run the full check, save the result, and write down exactly where you stand today. If you go ahead with us, the $497 comes off your first bill. This is the step most people skip, and it is the reason most marketing cannot prove anything.

3 · You get the plan, with prices. A short list of what we would fix, in the order we would fix it, and what each part costs. Every item points at a real page and the specific rule it broke. If we think the work is not worth doing, we say so and you keep the report.

4 · We do the work. What that means depends on which pillar you bought.

Web — you approve the wireframe before anyone styles a pixel, and the design before we write the build.

Applications — Discovery, then a signed-off Blueprint (the state machine, the human gates, the integrations, the acceptance criteria), then the build, then handover. The Blueprint is the gate: changes are free before it is signed and expensive after the code is written.

Automation — four phases. Discovery: one 60–90 minute call to learn what triggers the work, what outputs you need, where a human decides, and what you already have wired. Configuration: your tenant schema is provisioned, the bot's scope rules and thresholds are written, your integration credentials are stored in a per-tenant path, and the operator alert channel is set up. Training and dry runs: two to four real workflows run through the bot with you watching — the bot's outbound actions are intercepted and shown to you to approve, reject, or edit and re-run. Go live: the bot starts handling real traffic, with close monitoring for the first week. The four phases in full

5 · We measure the same way, again. We re-run the exact same check, using the exact same rules as your Benchmark. Same test, same scoring, so the before and after actually line up.

6 · You get proof, monthly. A report showing what changed and what caused it. Every improvement points back to a rule, a page, and a date.

/ what we can prove

How we know it was us.

There are two kinds of results, and mixing them up is how marketing gets a bad name. We keep them apart and label them.

Things we can prove. Your page had no title. Now it has one. Your site did not tell AI assistants who you are. Now it does. These are facts about your website — we changed them, we can show you the before and the after, and nobody else could have caused it. This is most of what you are paying for.

Things we can show, but not prove. Where you rank, and whether an AI assistant names you. These move for reasons nobody controls. We report them honestly, as evidence rather than proof. To make that evidence mean something, we also track a set of searches we did not work on, in your same market. If the ones we worked on improve and the untouched ones stay flat, that is a real signal. If everything moved together, something bigger than us moved it — and we will tell you that instead of taking the credit.

We do not charge based on how often you get named. Nobody controls that number, so billing on it would be billing you for luck.

/ what you get

What you actually get.

  • Your two scores, tracked from day one, on rules that cannot shift under you
  • Every issue found on your site, with the page and the reason — not a top-ten summary
  • A written plan with prices before any work starts
  • A monthly report separating what we caused from what merely moved
  • The Benchmark fee credited in full if you continue
