Website & engagement terms

The scope
comes first.

This website describes CoreShift’s work. Your written project or subscription agreement sets the terms of an engagement.

Before work starts.

We agree the deliverables, price, payment schedule, customer responsibilities, integrations, ownership, acceptance criteria, and support arrangements. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or reserve a calendar appointment.

Published pricing.

Website payment options and cancellation terms are set in your written quote. Hosting is separate from the website build price. Search plan terms differ. Read the relevant pricing section and confirm the written terms before purchasing.

Automation engagement terms.

Automation engagements run for 12 months. You can cancel within the first month of your start date for any reason. After that first month, the term runs to completion. Website and application work is priced separately and is not subject to this term.

There is no month-to-month option.

Checks and demonstrations.

Website-check results report structural rules at the time of a check. They do not guarantee search placement, AI recommendations, accessibility, or business outcomes. Scripted walkthroughs illustrate workflow behavior; they are not evidence of live integrations or customer results.
