CoreShift is taking on a small number of pilot customers to validate the bots in real-world conditions before publishing final pricing. Pilot customers run a CoreShift bot for 90 days at no charge.
What pilot customers get

- A locked-in grandfathered price if you continue past pilot. Minimum 50% discount off published pricing for the life of your account.
What we ask in return
- Real data and real workflows — not a sandbox. We learn the most from production traffic.
- A monthly 30-minute check-in for the duration of the pilot.
- A short written testimonial after 30 days, with permission to reference your company as a pilot customer.
- Honest feedback — including when the bot does something dumb. We'd rather hear it now than after launch.

Common questions.
What if I activate a bot and decide I don't want it?
Cancel any time. We bill monthly with no annual commitment. Your data exports cleanly; you keep everything. No claw-back, no cancellation fee.
What does the per-action fee look like?
For Tier 3 bots, the per-action fee kicks in only if you exceed your monthly allotment. We set the allotment during onboarding based on your expected volume. Most customers never hit the per-action fee. It exists to protect both of us from outlier days — for example, if your business suddenly receives 200 RFPs in a week.
What if my workflow doesn't match a bot exactly?
Each bot has a configuration layer — scope rules, role permissions, templates, thresholds — that customizes its behavior. If a fundamental change is needed (a new state in the workflow, a new integration), we can usually accommodate within 1-2 weeks. Truly bespoke workflows we evaluate case-by-case.
What integrations do you support today?
Twilio (SMS), Microsoft 365 (Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), Telegram (operator alerts), and direct file uploads. Coming soon: QuickBooks Online, common CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), and BuildingConnected. Custom integrations available on request.
Do you white-label?
Not currently. CoreShift is the platform name customers see. We may reconsider for portfolio customers running 5+ bots.
What about HIPAA or other regulated industries?
We're HIPAA-eligible and sign BAAs as part of onboarding for customers with workflows that touch PHI. For SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001, see our security page for current certification status.
