The DiegoTech
Ops assistant.

A conversational front end for DiegoTech Operations. It looks things up, logs work, and drafts records, and writes nothing until the person says yes.

Ask the system. Confirm before it acts.

Every statement runs as the signed-in user, so the application’s own permissions decide what the assistant may see or change. It cannot be talked into more access than the person already has.

The DiegoTech Ops assistant in the application, on a signed-in test session.
  • Look up tickets, customers, projects, quotes and invoice history.
  • Log time, mileage and expenses against a ticket, and edit entries not yet invoiced.
  • Create leads, customers, quotes and projects, and convert an accepted quote into a project.
  • Everything it writes is a proposal first: it shows the record it intends to create and waits for confirmation.

Built and deployed for DiegoTech (2026), inside the application and on Telegram.
